Europa Restaurant: A Culinary Gem of Seafood and Sports in San Antonio

First off, the atmosphere is so beautiful! This place is perfect for a romantic dinner, a happy hour lunch on the weekends or even salsa dancing! Lauren was at the bar and she was amazing from start to finish. Super friendly and easy to talk with and she made 2 fantastic espresso martinis for me. I had the Sofia fries, garlic and onion mushrooms, (I forget the name of the dinner plate off hand but will update!). The food was fantastic and is a wonderful, refreshing change from your everyday SA staples. Totally recommend coming at least once! I will absolutely be back to check out the salsa dancing & piano bar!

Found this place by chance in Facebook. As an out of state person, I asked a San Antonio Restaurants group for recommendations and had 8 recommend you! We had Eggplant Parmesan as an appetizer that was cool, appetizing and tasty. I had Bulgarian Sausage that was seasoned really well. My dad had Schnitzel with Mushroom Sauce and was tender and full of flavor!!

Big THANK YOU to Europa for making my brother's birthday at home a five star dining experience! First, the service was amazing. I called in the order a couple of hours beforehand and they were really accommodating and professional. Everything was ready on time and the pick up experience was great, they follow physical distancing guidelines, masks and all. Place looked sparkling clean and the restaurant is really big and open. Second, the food was packaged very nicely, all dishes were garnished and arranged as if they are served in restaurant. All I had to do is to transfer the dish from plastic container to plate. Check out the pictures to see. Kudos for presentation because most restaurants just dump food into styrofoam and call it a day, but Europa really made it special, it showed great care and attention into each and every dish. Last, but definitely not least, everything tasted fresh and amazing! Everyone loved the appetizers and main dishes. Check out the pictures for comments on each dish, I had my professional camera on me since it was a special occasion so you can really see up close how the food looks like. We will be back again and again. This place is a special gem in San Antonio and we recommend it wholeheartedly. Even if you can't make it in person, grab an order to go- you will be delighted. Solid place to visit. Food was fresh and tasty. Service was freindly. Happy to offer suggestions. The whole place was very clean. You could tell they take care of the place. Fantastic patio and the interior is very nice as well.

My partner and I visit this establishment often. We love the warm, inviting atmosphere. The staff are polite, attentive, and accommodating. The food is incredible, and there is a lovely variety. This is one of our favourite places for date night.

Really nice place for an anniversary dinner. Was expecting more European options but we like what we had. Hubby had the chicken with mushroom sauce. I had the cod, was ok. The Sofia fries were great! The drinks were great even my latte.

A variety of food that keeps you going back to try something new. I have to find something that I didn't like. The owner, staff and the bartender are super nice. It's nice to always be greeted by the owner and always have great service. Make sure to go by during lunch to try stuff off the lunch menu. I travel all over the US and have eaten at many of restaurants but finding one local to me that I love is hard to do. I go at least once a week and already looking forward to going back. :)

I was really impressed with this unassuming little spot. At first glance, the big center bar and tvs mounted throughout would make you think this you're in a sports bar. But oh nothing is further from the truth. When presentation matters, this joint does not disappoint! And the flavors are incredible. The balsamic salad was a bit too acidic for my wife, but I enjoyed it immensely. I had the Dijon chicken and added some penne on the side. And when you ask for Parma, you get the real deal, thinly shaved. The finale was dessert, a créme brulé cheesecake set afire with a lovely vanilla liqueur recommended by our server/bartender who has been with there since day one. They also have several happy hour deals and FREE DANCING lessons on certain days during the month.
